In order to ensure the smooth running of the village there is a full time staff compliment under the control of the Village Manager who reports to the Board of Directors. A board of 5-10 directors is elected from the owners; two have to retire each year in rotation at the AGM.

Within the village are a fully licensed Care Centre, Chapel, Lounge, Library, Ladies Hairdresser, Laundry, Bowling Green, Snooker Room and Hall, Restaurant, and Swimming Pool. The Restaurant offers two meals per day as well as catering for special functions.

Post is regularly collected from the Village Post Office Box and distributed into cottage pigeon holes at the Village Administration Office. There is 24 hour access control, ongoing daily garden maintenance including all lawn mowing, edge trimming and pruning, as well as weekly refuse removal.

A large variety of activities are available with the different interest groups within the village.

Bus and Car Shuttle Services

Bus transport to 3 major shopping centres is provided 3 days per week free of charge to all residents. A shopping centre with a Spar, chemist, restaurants and shops is situated directly across the road from The Village. Car Shuttle services can be booked through the office.
