Sick Bay, Mid-Care and Frail-Care

The licensed capacity of our Care Centre is 43 persons of which 16 reside in en-suite mid-care rooms. The remainder are frail-care or sick bay facilities. Every shareholder resident is entitled to 10 days per annum Sick Bay care free of charge. However, all meals are chargeable. Panic buttons connected to an alarm system in the Care Centre are available from the office at a nominal charge. There is twenty four hour nursing care. Weekly visits are undertaken by a Doctor in the Village. Routine blood pressure monitoring is offered to all residents. Therapy dogs visit regularly.

Quality Care

Our qualified Care Centre staff provide quality services to every resident in our care, including those who are living with a disability, and those who are in recovery from an injury or living with a chronic condition. We keep spirits up with music sessions and by ensuring residents have an active social life, are well cared for, comfortable and safe.
